• BAITING SYSTEM -Termite baits consist of paper, cardboard, or other acceptable termite food, combined with a slow-acting substance lethal to termites. The bait must be good enough to compete with the presence of competing tree roots, stumps, woodpiles and structural wood. Delayed-action or slow-acting bait also enhances transmission of the lethal agent to other termites, including those that never fed on the bait.
• SOIL POISONING/ SUBTERRANEAN TERMITE CONTROL-The soil poisoning process involves the drilling of holes – one meter apart – around the perimeter of the foundations. Termiticides are then pumped into the soil in order to saturate the ground.It’s crucial that this is done by a pest control company that’s registered with the Country Pest Control Association . This will ensure that the treatment is done thoroughly, is effectively carried out and that chemicals that are non-toxic to humans and animals are used. 
• RETICULATION METHOD- laying of PVC OR HOSE on your foundations, the ground beneath your future home needs to be treated.  A PVC  buried into the trench while installing a termite chemical barrier (chemically treated zone). The hose is a strong but flexible pipe that has evenly spaced holes throughout at approximately 200 mm intervals. This allows us to replenish the barrier in a much more efficient and less disruptive way.
